General Terms

  • By booking with Winter Asia Tours & Travels, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated here.
  • These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them before booking.

Booking Conditions

  • 50% of the payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The balance amout should be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers.
  • All payments needs to be settled in United State Dollars (USD) and the service charge for credit cards will have to be borne by you and if using a bank transfer method, bank charges will have to be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy

  • 41 Days prior to arrival - Full refund
  • 31 Days prior to arrival - 25% of the total package
  • 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total package
  • Within 14 days prior to arrival - No refund

Payments received via our payment gateway using valid credit cards, will be refunded back to the originated card only.

This is subject to cancellation, bank and administrative charges.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
  • Winter Asia Tours & Travels is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Winter Asia Tours & Travels acts only as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (e.g. hotels, airlines, transport operators).
  • The company is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party service providers.

Force Majeure

  • The company shall not be held responsible for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

Changes To Itinerary

  • The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations if deemed necessary for the safety or comfort of the customer.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
